Mrs. Rasamuthu Sathasivam - One of the Prime movers in the founding of the Kalagam. Mrs. K. Sathasivam held the office of President from 1941 - till her demise in 1962. Her dedicated service to the Institution followed the best traditions of Hindu womanhood.
	Mrs. Sornacanthy Nallainathan – The founder Secretary of the Kalagam Mrs T. Nallainathan identified herself so closely with the Institution that it is difficult to think of Kalagam, without recalling this lady-who symbolized all that is best in Hindu culture.
	Mrs. Balambikai Namasivayam - The Treasurer of the Kalagam, The president of the Kalagam from 1962-1985 Mrs. Namasivayam was closely associated with the Kalagam from its very inception as one of this founder members.
